Introduction
Hello All, I have joined to get a good work out and some socialization with fellow inliners. I look forward to seeing you there!
Tell us about yourself: where you live, how long you've been skating, where you'd like to skate and when. Let us know if you're a beginner and can skate a mile, or are intermediate, or, advanced and participate in races and/or can skate 100K. Thanks!

I've lived in South Florida since September '05 and have been inlining since 2002, apart from skating when I was a kid. I was a part of the Wolverines Ice Speed Skating Club, and have taken part in the Wolverines 200 bike-a-thon but instead inlined it for 50 miles. I would say I'm an intermediate skater and can only dream of being on an advanced level. I look forward to inlining with you all!

My Meetup Groups

  •  This was my first meetup, and it was a pleasure to have been around a whole-hearted group of people aiming for a main goal: Fitness, speed, and fun! Oops, that's three goals! Well, whichever you believe is your main goal, you'll get that and more! On another note, it was great to see a buzz about inlining down here. It was inspiring to watch great instruction from Gene as well. Gene, your style of instruction makes no person feel intimidated or out-of-place, which assists the student of the sport in focusing on getting the most out of one's lesson. Also, thanks for letting me try a pair of the Rollerblade Pros! What a difference! It was great meeting all of you, and I look forward to seeing all who may be at Pompano tomorrow!

  •  Hi Ryan, I think the skate you're referring to is the West Boca skate. It starts in South County Park at the Daggerwing Nature Center and heads back out and north along Cain Blvd. There are several neighborhoods to go in and out of up there. Also try our 'every other Tuesday' skate at Pheasant Walk in Boca - good winding roads through the neighborhoods and many different route versions to vary the length of skate that we want to do. - Jim
